Import Trip Data
Upload a CSV of taxi trips. Each row needs a pickup time (tpep_pickup_datetime) and a pickup zone number (PULocationID). The trips are added to the existing pickup counts, and demand scores update automatically.

Zone Availability
Take a zone out of service when drivers can't reach it, e.g. road works or a changed road layout. It takes two steps: deactivate it first, which hides it from drivers. If the area is gone for good, delete it after that. Pickup data is kept, a deleted zone can be restored, and every step is logged with its reason.
